The 3rd Edition of the Global Leadership Investment Peace Summit and Awards, (GLIPSA TEXAS 2026), is a historic event for minorities, Africans and those who are part of the Diaspora. It is organized by the United International Peace and Governance Council in collaboration with the Africa International Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the DMARTENA Foundation. It is scheduled for Friday May 2nd to Sunday May 4th 2026 in Houston Texas. GLIPSA TEXAS 2026 will unite government leaders, Captains of industries and investors to promote investment, trade and capacity building of countries and bring in the Golden Age of Industrialization between the US and Africa.

The overall vision of sponsorship is not just for the Summit, but to have A WREC CENTER (Wealth Redistribution Empowered Center) Initiative that will carry out the policies and Initiatives of the Summit. With that we will have an entrepreneurship hub, US Africa trade hub and center for diplomacy.
