With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the mining and mineral industry, Dickson Ainebyoona—widely known as “The Dickson”—is a respected figure in East Africa’s resource sector. His expertise spans the full value chain of mineral development, from grassroots fieldwork to international consultancy, making him a prominent voice among mining industry speakers.

Dickson has built his reputation through:

- 8 years of field exploration and mining operations

- 5 years as a licensed mineral dealer working with verified local and cross-border partners, enhancing African trade relations

- 5 years as an independent mining and mineral consultant, advising clients on acquisition, valuation, due diligence, and trade strategy
